Doesn’t look the way you thought it would? Not a problem. Just let us know you want to return something within 30 days of receipt and we’ll provide you with a return authorization number. You send the product back to us and we refund you the price of the original product less a 20% processing fee when we receive the item back at our warehouse. It really is that easy. Please note, all non-stock and custom-made items are ineligible for return due to their unique nature. All returned items must be in new condition and in its original packaging.If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason and would like to return it, please contact our sales office within 30 days of receipt for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customers are responsible for original outbound and return shipping costs and a minimum 20% restocking fee. Garfield will not accept a returned order without an RMA number. Products returned to the Garfield – Factory Service Center damaged are the responsibility of the sender. Custom-made products and accessories do not qualify for our 30-day return policy but are otherwise warranted. Parts are non-refundable.
