This product weights over 75 lbs and/or has oversized exterior dimensions. It cannot be shipped via Standard Ground Service, and will be shipped via Freight (an 18-wheel truck). Assembly or set-up is NOT included with freight shipping. To ensure this product is transported safely to your business,
some or all of the following fees may be necessary as a part of the freight delivery service:
Lift Gate Fee - Fee required for the Freight delivery truck to arrive with an "elevator" to lower the shipment to ground level. This is often necessary to safely lower a shipment, often containing hundreds of pounds of equipment or more, to ground level. If this option is pre-checked in the cart, it is highly recommended not to alter this choice. If you feel the Lift Gate Fee has been applied in error, please contact the Garfield - Factory Service Center at 1-888-731-6671 for assistance.
Residential Delivery Fee - Fee required for delivery to a residential area, regardless if a business is present in the residential area. This fee is required due to residential areas being largely inaccessible to 18-wheel trucks. Deliveries to residential areas often require the products to be loaded onto a smaller delivery truck, which may also require a Lift Gate as described above. If you are unsure if the Residential Delivery Fee applies to your order, please contact the Garfield - Factory Service Center at 1-888-731-6671 for assistance.
Inside Delivery Fee - Delivery to the inside of your building is NOT included on curbside freight deliveries. Inside delivery is available at an additional charge, ONLY if your building is accessible to palletized freight deliveries made with a pallet jack. For more information or to request inside delivery service, please contact the Garfield - Factory Service Center at 1-888-731-6671 for assistance.
Pallets & Crates - Many of our larger products are packaged in boxes with protective wood crates. Both oversized boxes and wood crated products are typically placed on wood pallets for delivery. Shrink wrap is also placed around the perimeter of these larger shipments.

We want you to be completely happy with your new furniture and equipment, so don’t worry. We’ll work with you to find the perfect piece for your salon or spa. If your purchase arrives and you are not completely satisfied, let us know within 30 days of receipt and one of our customer service members will be happy to walk you through the return process.
30-Day Absolute Satisfaction
Doesn’t look the way you thought it would? Not a problem. Just let us know you want to return something within 30 days of receipt and we’ll provide you with a return authorization number. You send the product back to us and we refund you the price of the original product less a 20% processing fee when we receive the item back at our warehouse. It really is that easy. Please note, all non-stock and custom-made items are ineligible for return due to their unique nature. All returned items must be in new condition and in its original packaging.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason and would like to return it, please contact our sales office within 30 days of receipt for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customers are responsible for original outbound and return shipping costs and a minimum 20% restocking fee. Garfield will not accept a returned order without an RMA number. Products returned to the Garfield – Factory Service Center damaged are the responsibility of the sender. Custom-made products and accessories do not qualify for our 30-day return policy but are otherwise warranted. Parts are non-refundable.
Furniture That’s Not in Original Condition
If the returned product is not in it’s new and unused condition or is damaged during transit, then we may be unable to issue a refund or exchange. So, be sure to repackage your return well and always make note of your tracking number before shipping. As a precautionary measure, we also highly suggest that you insure your shipment when shipping items back to us for return in case of damage during transit back to us. Please also take note, any unit that has been connected to plumbing is ineligible for return.
